About Us

Who We Are

Our founders Mark Cannon, President/CEO and Fred Noto, Vice President started Cannon & Noto Enterprise back in 2011 and became Incorporated February 2012. Mark Cannon who has over 20 years of Plumbing experience was the proprietor of Cannon Plumbing in 2010-2011 and Fred Noto was also the proprietor of his own company Noto Plumbing around the same time. Deciding to join forces they created Cannon & Noto and made it an Enterprise that is constantly growing. 


Cannon & Noto Enterprise, Inc has been around now for 6 years and averaging at least 4 to 6 new contracts a year. Working on so many different sites from Rochester Schools Modernization Programs to working directly with the City Of Rochester as prime contractors to help improve the city we are able to give so many city residents a chance to help rebuild their community by offering jobs to those apart of the Local unions. Our reputation is constantly growing with innovative contractors and owners that continues to trust our quality of work.
